Joined just before Christmas. Everyone is super friendly and incredibly supportive. Even during the taster sessions I’ve had some of my bad lifting habits/technique corrected. Made to feel welcome from day one and the trainers are fantastic!

The best decision I've ever made!
Everyone is really friendly, the workouts are extremely varied and great fun but are sure to get your sweat on! Everything is scalable and the coaches are really supportive and helpful :) I've only recently joined but can already see the changes in my body and mindset - for anyone unsure just give it a try and you won't regret it!
